J. One Jelly Pack Sheet Masks

I am a texture person. Meaning that I place great store in how something feels to me in my mouth or on my hands. Tapioca is a big ole' nope and my squid needs to be breaded. Unfortunately, it appears that the J. One Jelly Pack Sheet Masks seem to fall into that category. For the texture as well as the scent.

The packets felt like they were made of a high quality cross between paper and foil. Both masks have two steps to them. Step 1 is the sheet mask and Step 2 is the J. One Jelly Pack mask. Possibly due to the purchase price ($4 each) I expected to be wow'ed and pampered. This was unfortunately not the case for either mask.

J. One Jelly Pack Luminous Mask
The J. One Jelly Pack Luminous Mask was the first mask I tried. This mask was designed to tone and moisturize and illuminate your skin. The packet itself was so full of essence that it spattered on the mirror when I ripped the packet open. What can I say, sheet masking excites me. Can you feel my boyfriend rolling his eyes now? When I opened the package and peered inside, I was greeted by a very strong fabric softener like smell that did not dissipate. The mask itself was a thicker black fabric and seemed to create and gather bubbles when It was unfolded.

After a few minutes on my face, there was a little stinging where there had been recent blemishes. I did not leave the mask on for more than 15 minutes as the fragrance was starting to irritate my asthma. I put the Step 2: J. One Jelly Pack mask on after rubbing the essence from the mask in. It lasted for 5 minutes on my face before I washed it off. The pack was a clear, almost odorless jelly. It was thick, had the consistency of honey and was just as difficult to spread. It just felt awful on my skin. Almost like it was suffocating. The next day, wherever I had recently had acne, as well as the spots where acne had been in the last month, it was heavily flakey and dry.

J. One Jelly Pack Vita Mask
The second mask I tried a few days later, was the J. One Jelly Pack Vita Mask. The purpose of this mask was to moisturize and take care of wrinkles. At this point I was wary of this product. I already knew I would not be doing the J. One Jelly Pack portion of this mask, but I was hoping for a little better outcome than the Luminous Mask. Nope.

This mask was a thicker white fabric similar to baby wipes and still had the fabric softener scent, but it was not as prominent. This mask seemed to sting in dry areas where I need to spread my moisturizer better, such as just under my chin and in front of my ears. Instead of momentarily stinging like the last mask, the stinging increased. After five minutes, I aborted my mission and washed my face. Extra snail care was needed that night, and I was still an oily mess the next morning.

The verdict: Nopenopenopenopenope. I had high hopes for these masks, but I was sadly disappointed. The J. One Jelly Mask is such a big hit right now, I wanted it to work. Sadface. I hope these masks work for other people, as I can see potential in their design. Just not for me.

Beauty Beyond Borders Unboxing

Hello all and Happy Friday. Arms up if you miss T.G.I.F. right now!

Waiting for me when I got home from work today was my first AB beauty box, Beauty Beyond Borders (3B). The 3B box had samples, full size products and sheet masks. I was fairly skeptical at first, as I have tried several other subscription beauty boxes I found unsatisfying. The purchase price for a 3B beauty box is $15 for a month by month subscription. 3B also opened their own shoppe within the last few weeks, where you can purchase the products from the boxes in their full size.
I only recognized a few products from this month's box, and I have tried none of them. In this month's box we have:
Todak Todak Pack-Pore Care from It's Skin
Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Lotion from Neogence
Damage Protector Acid Shampoo from Lador
10:00PM Sheet Mask from When
Moistfull Collagen Deep Cream from Etude House
5 Steps to Lovely Skin Mask from Purple Tale
I am really pleased with the number and size of products included in this month's box. I think I am most excited to try the Lador shampoo. I had heard the ladies of The Snailcast reference the brand, but I have not had an opportunity to try any yet.

The cherry on top was the nice handwritten note from Team 3B, thanking me. I am constantly blown away by the customer service from AB companies and shoppes. Here is to many more excellent experiences!

Love me some honey...

Originally published on August 9, 2016

One of the first line of skincare that I tried in sample form was the Skin Food Royal Honey line. Frankly I started with that line because I got the most samples in an Ebay lot from that line to justify a longer trial. I loved half of it, lol. I think my skin just likes products with honey.

Royal Honey Mask
The Royal Honey Mask was a bit of a surprise for me. Just beginning by K Beauty adventures, I thought "mask"meant something that moisturized. This is actually more of a manual exfoliation. It was amazing. It felt a little odd to have this mask sitting on my skin. It is thin but very sticky. I did my oil cleanse before the mask. After waiting the 10 minutes for the mask to sit on my skin, I began to rub. I could feel and see the little balls of oil, dirt and dead skin roll up under my fingers. It was gross and cool at the same time. After I felt like I could roll no more, I wiped everything off and followed with my cream cleanser. My skin felt so soft and new!
Royal Honey Nutrition Essence and Royal Honey Essential Eye Cream
The Royal Honey Nutrition Essence and Royal Honey Essential Eye Cream were fairly unremarkable. I would need more time and product to accurately evaluate an essence or eye cream. I did not see any immediate results, even with simple moisturizing. I may come back to these products at a later date.
Royal Honey Hydro Massage Gel
OMG my first holy grail! I love this product. I have always had a problem with waking up with greasy skin. After using this sleep pack, I woke up to "chok chok' skin! It is very much the consistency of half-set gelatin with a mild honey scent. It absorbs into my skin wonderfully and I wake moisturized and most importantly-not greasy!
I have purchased and regularly use both the Royal Honey Mask and the Royal Honey Hydro Massage Gel. I anticipate both of these products will be a staple in my routine for a long time.

Customer Service

Originally published August 1, 2016

I have noticed something about K Beauty, or Asian Beauty in general. The customer service. The samples and the handwritten notes.

That is not part of customer service in the United States. The first time I got an order from Korea, through EBay, I was stunned to find a typed and signed note as well as samples and stickers. It was a $.99 sheet mask! Since then I have gotten samples, stickers, typed notes and handwritten notes. I even got a second handwritten note from an EBay seller who remembered me from a month ago! In most of my recent experience in the United States, cashiers often forget to even say thank you. The customer service is one of the many things I like about K Beauty. Now I seek out items from that seller that wrote me the two notes. I make sure I leave great feedback for sellers. How much better would the world be if we all remembered to be polite and courteous?

Feel the burn...

Originally published July 17, 2016

Ok, burn may be an exaggeration. Stinging? Well that is what happened with the Tony Moly Goat Milk Moisture Mask Sheet.

Owie!

Within about thirty seconds my skin started to sting in tiny pinpricks. It wasn't really bad like wool fabric being rubbed, but it was enough to be uncomfortable. I had visions of waking up to a polka dotted face tomorrow morning. So I took it off and washed my face with my second cleanser again. Destash!
The mask itself was a thicker fabric than I am used to and was almost too small for my face. I will not be repurchasing...
Update: My skin sucked in Shark Sauce and Snail Recovery Gel like no tomorrow. Woke up the next morning with a really greasy face.

Epic Fail...lol

Originally published July 16, 2016

I had my first epic fail with AB today. I tried a Lindsay Vitamin Modeling Mask. My boyfriend had to try real hard not to laugh...

img_3685
Lindsay Modeling Mask

img_3684
Le sigh...

As I added water to the line in the cup to mix the powder with, my boyfriend asked me if I needed to use cold or hot water. There were not instructions as to that. I used hot water and I wonder if that may have had something to do with this disaster...

Chunky and rubbery...
I'm pretty...
Chunky and rubbery. I wonder if using hot water may have sped up the chemical reaction, because it was all of 30 seconds between water adding and face smearing. However negative this mini-review/fail looks, I will be eagerly trying it again. There was no smell and it felt really good on! After I was done being grumpy, I realized that where the mask stayed on my face, my skin felt like silk. What if my whole face could be like this?!? Besides, my boyfriend enjoys the entertainment...

Edit: I have mastered the modeling mask. The temperature of the water was the issue.

If you curious, want to give these masks a try and want to support this blog, purchase from the Amazon link below. Thank you!

Massive Sheet Mask Data Haul

Originally published July 4, 2016

I was laying in bed this week browsing the AsianBeauty page on Reddit, and I came across a Megathread from May. It was a thread of all of the best and worst sheet masks of 2016 (so far). All printed, it was 25 pages of sheet mask recommendations. I was a little overwhelmed. While trying to figure out how to weed through all the data to find the best recommendations it hit me...project! Contrary to what my room looks like, I love to organize. Data or objects. So, for the last few days I have tabulating the best and worst sheet masks from the [Megathread] May 2016 Beast & Worst of Sheet Masks on Reddit's AsianBeauty page (view the thread here).

In tabulating the best and worst sheet masks, I have also tabulated the best and worst companies as mentioned on this thread. I simply counted how many times a company or specific sheet mask  ended up on someones best or worst list. So no getting mad and trolling me because your fave brand ended up in my data pool. I do not need anymore SPAM on enlarging my non-existent male parts thankyouverymuch.
This whole sheet mask data haul was purely out of curiosity and is in no way complete or statistically accurate for the AB community as a whole. It is simply the results of my nerdy curiosity. Now, I only used sheet masks listed as "best" or "worst". I left out all the "meh" listings. They would be too much of a question as to which list they go on. And really, who cares which masks are just "ok"? I want to know which ones are awesome and which ones melt your skin off. I also just tabulated the data and did not form any conclusions based on the skin types people listed. And remember, as with anything in Asian Beauty, YMMV!
Here we go!
The worst sheet masks list was a little odd. It was short and listed a lot of brand lines as a whole. I used only masks or lines that had been listed as a "worst" more than once. The thread as a whole had a lot more "best" than "worst"
Worst Sheet Masks
  1. Anything by Missha (4 votes)
  2. Missha Cherry Blossom (not included with the above votes) (3 votes)
  3. Innisfree Hydrogels (3 votes)
  4. The Face Shop Real Nature Series (3 votes)
  5. Tony Moly  I'm Real Series (3 votes)
  6. Benton Snail Bee Sheet Mask (2 votes)
Next up are the companies that were mentioned the most on "the worst" side of the thread. For this list I chose companies that had been mentioned more than three times negatively.
Companies Most Mentioned on "The Worst" Side
  1.  Missha (8 votes)
  2. Innisfree (6 votes)
  3. The Face Shop (6 votes)
  4. Tony Moly (5 votes)
  5. Skinfood (4 votes)
Missha does not really seem to be anyone's favorite. And yet it was one of the first companies I heard of when starting in with Asian Beauty.
And now for the long list...the best sheet masks! Like the worst list, I decided to list all of the sheet masks with three or more positive mentions.
Best Sheet Masks
  1. Tosowoong Propolis (9 votes)
  2. Freeset Donkey Milk Healing (8 votes)
  3. Papa Recipe Bombee Honey Mask (5 votes)
  4. My Beauty Diary Birds Nest (5 votes)
  5. Benton High Content Snail Bee (5 votes)
  6. My Beauty Diary Black Pearl (4 votes)
  7. LJH Tea Tree (4 votes)
  8. My Scheming Mandelic Acid (3 votes)
  9. Mediental Bidanpo Balhyo Heal and Whiten (3 votes)
  10. Etude House I Need You Vita Complex (3 votes)
  11. Klair's Moist Soothing (3 votes)
  12. Tosowoong Green Tea (3 votes)
  13. Tosowoong Deep Sea Water (3 votes)
As there were a lot more companies listed under the "best" category, I chose to list the companies that had four or more positive mentions on the thread.
Companies Most Mentioned on "The Best" Side
  1. Tosowoong (20 votes)
  2. My Beauty Diary (18 votes)
  3. My Scheming (16 votes)
  4. Etude House (14 votes)
  5. Freeset (9 votes)
  6. L'Herboflore (7 votes)
  7. Tony Moly (5 votes)
  8. Benton (5 votes)
  9. Evercos (5 votes)T
  10. Lovemore (4 votes)
  11. Maskingdom (4 votes)
  12. Mediental (4 votes)
Tosowoong seems to be the clear standout on the best side, with Missha standing out on the worst. What are your best and worst sheet mask choices? Thoughts on the list as a whole?

A New Toy!

fullsizerender-2
New and shiny!

Originally published July 2, 2016

Contrary to what it looks like, my new toy is not a pregnancy test. It is a small digital meter that can test the water and oil percentage in your skin. By virtue of a happy face or a sad face, it can also tell you if your skin is rough or smooth.
I stumbled on this little gem on Amazon for under $18 with Prime. I thought it would be an interesting addition to my K-Beauty journey as well as this blog. I will be devising some  sort of testing schedule to see what percentages my skin is at throughout the day. For my own amusement. I am under no illusions that this is a 100% accurate and scientifically superior tool, but it will be a nice guide. If anyone has any ideas for a testing process, comment below!

Update: Check out the results in this blog post here.

Seven Day Sheet Mask Challenge: Observations!

Originally Published June 29, 2016

Despite the rocky start to this challenge, I really enjoyed it. I can see how using a sheet mask a day can improve your skin quality.

There is a visible change in my skin moisture level as well as my acne scars and all-over clearness.

Before

I am going to try very hard to do a sheet mask every day, or at least every other day. I do believe I am going to re-do this challenge in the middle of a Wisconsin winter and see what kind of difference there is then. It may not always be possible for me to sheet mask every day, especially when testing new products and looking out for reactions. I did purchase a new toy today. I just ordered a "digital moisture scale thingy" from Amazon out of curiosity. More to follow!

Day Six and Seven of the Seven Day Mask Challenge

Originally posted on June 26, 2016

On day six of the seven day mask challenge, I used the All That You Syn-ake Essential Mask.

Nope. Nope. Nope.

I hated it. First the mask was a little on the dry side with the essence level. Then there was a slight burning/tingling sensation around my eyes. The mask actually dried off and started pulling away from my face around the edges and chin. The strip under my nose dried out after five minutes. Granted, I was outside in a covered garden on a hot day, but I just didn't like the way this mask felt. After I took it off, there was almost no essence on my face to rub in. In the few minutes after the mask was off, my face itched. Nothing bad, but in addition to the itching, my face felt like it had a film on it. This will so not be a re-purchase.

Day 6

Day Seven...
Last day!!! I used the Tony Moly I'm Real sheet mask.
Love me some lemon..
Who can't help but get all sunny and happy at the sight of this yellow package? It had such a wonderful smell coming out of the package and a great cool feeling on my face. There was tons of essence in the package and it was actually dripping down my chin. Well who doesn't need brighter breasts? I will be back tomorrow with my final observations and before and after selfies!

If you want to purchase the Tony Moly I'm Real masks and help support this blog, purchase from the link below. Thank you!

The Seven Day Sheet Mask Challenge: Day Four and Five

Originally published June 24, 2016

Well due to being extra awake and relaxed I am going to write two days at once. And I have a wedding tomorrow so I don't want to end up writing three days worth on Sunday.
My first snail!
#slideordie
It was my first snail mask!!!!! When I took the mask out of the package, it was absolutely soaked in essence. And
slimy. Very different from the texture of a normal sheet mask essence. But it felt great on my face. I left it on for 20 minutes and after I rubbed the essence on my face, my face felt soft and supple. This brand was another that I think is from a generic company. Packaging was the same but the company was different. Ekel. If this is a generic, I can't wait to feel the real thing! After I came out of the bathroom, my boyfriend actually commented that my face seemed lighter in color. He thought that a light-diffusing product had been left behind, but I felt nothing on my face. I had also been out in the sun playing volleyball for a few hours.
Day Four...
So on day four, it is the end of the week. Friday night and I need to unfold myself from my blanket and pause my DVR of Rissoli and Isles. I know, I know. I live a wild life. Tonight, I am using the Etude House Wonder Pore Sheet Mask.
Etude House Wonder Pore Sheet Mask
The paper was rather thick...
This mask had a really good fit and my skin seemed to drink up the moisture. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no residue to my face after I massaged the essence in. There was a light, pleasant smell. I think that the most important part was the fit of the mask and the pleasant feeling after all was said and done.
Ta-da!

Day Three: Sandy and Sunny

Originally Published on June 23, 2016

It was just meh...

Welcome to day three of the seven day sheet mask challenge. I am currently editing this from a bar stool before a volleyball game. I'm wearing a neon yellow shirt, black spandex shorts and a pink glasses strap. To top off my fashionable geekyness, I am covered from head to toe in two different kinds of sunblock and bug spray. I am a sexy beast. But onto the sheet (and sadly that will not be the worst swearing I will do all night, as I am a terrible athlete, LOL)!

The Maile Green Tea Ultra Hydrating Essence Mask wasn't really anything to write home about. After doing my nightly routine, I put the sheet mask on and settled in for some new anime with my boyfriend. It had a bit of an odd scent to it. Not really flowery, just odd.

After I took off the mask, and my boyfriend pretended to be relieved that I wasn't molting, I rubbed the essence in my face. Sure, it was hydrating, but so is almost every other sheet mask. I also noticed from cruising eBay, that the same sheet mask design was all over the place with a few different names in the corner. I have to do a little more research but I believe this is going to end up being just a generic beauty name in the Korean world. I would not repurchase and will probably think twice about buying anymore from this brand/line. Off to the sand!

No change...

Day Two of the Seven Day Sheet Mask Challenge

Published June 22, 2016

For day two I used a sample of the Tony Moly Floria Whitening Capsule Essence sheet mask. After the flop that was last night I was hoping for a little face TLC. I was pleasantly surprised. After a lovely trip to TJ Maxx with my amazing boyfriend, I sat down while he made dinner to do a little research. Yes, I know I am spoiled.

Tony Moly...what a surprise!

The purpose of this mask was to brighten your face and fade spots such as acne scars. The mask had a great fit and went on my face smoothly. It was soaked and dripping with the serum so there was extra to spread on my neck-p.s. A great thing to do with drippy masks is spread the extra essence on your neck and chest area. Age spots and wrinkles show up there too! Immediately after I took the mask off I noticed that my complexion was brighter and a more even color. My acne spots had also dramatically calmed down. After I rubbed the essence into my face (never rinse after a mask!) and my face dried, I noticed a matte texture to my skin. I could tell there was something on my face, but it wasn't a greasy feeling. It was more like the feeling you get after a hydrating spray or toner dries. I will definitely be doing a longer evaluation of this product and reordering.

Bright!

Seven Day Sheet Mask Challenge:Day One

Originally published June 20, 2016.

Happy Monday (she ducks as objects fly)!

Tonight's line-up!

To start the week off, I will be completing 11 steps. Yes, 11! I thought people might like to see what one of my nightly lineups look like. Here it is:
  1. Almay Eye Makeup Remover Pads
  2. The Face Shop Rice Water Bright Cleansing Oil
  3. The Face Shop Rice Water Bright Cream Cleanser
  4. Tony Moly Egg Pore Blackhead Steam Balm
  5. Tony Moly Tightening Cooling Pack
  6. Tony Moly Bamboo Clear Water Fresh Toner
  7. Skinfood Black Sugar Perfect First Serum
  8. ELF Illuminating Eye Cream
  9. ELF Nourishing Night Cream
  10. Etude House Pearl Bright Complexion Mask
  11. ELF Spot Treatment
As you can see from the before picture, my skin is in need of a little TLC. I have been using a new AHA toner and it is doing a good job "purging" my skin of impurities. Unfortunately, I will have a few blemishes until the "purging" phase as it is called, is over.
Sexyyyy
I decided that I wanted to use the Etude House Pearl Brightening Complexion sheet mask tonight.

I was really disappointed. Enough so that I may add another day and make it the Eight Day Sheet Mask Challenge. I removed the sheet mask from the packaging and it was all compressed and the eye and mouth holes were really big and/or stretched out. My under-eye area, nose creases and chin are my major areas of concern and there was hardly any mask on them with the the holes being so big. I got frustrated with the dangling strip meant to go under your nose and I cut it off. I am hoping that this is not a trend with Etude House and I just got a bad mask. I was so irritated that I had a hard time paying attention to how the mask felt, so this is not an accurate review of  all the properties of the mask. On to day two!

Shiny and irritated...

Seven Day Sheet Mask Challenge

Originally published June 19, 2016

I have decided to begin the week with an Internet beauty "challenge" of sorts. The challenge was started by Charlotte Cho of Soko Glam/The Klog in her blog post from August 23, 2015 (view original post here). If you need any proof that blog posts actually make a difference in the beauty industry, look no further than this challenge from Soko Glam. Her post flew around the Internet, sparking a western interest in sheet masks and a curiosity to see what would happen if one is used every day. Sheet masks of all colors and formulations have been touted as doing wonders for the skin as well as being a little bit of spa time luxury in your own living room. In the short time I have been using Korean beauty treatments, I very quickly realized that sheet masks need to be more than a "once in a while" treat. They should be an important part of your daily or every other day routine. I have decided to see what my skin would look and feel like if I did a mask every day for a week. And of course...pictures of my face will be posted.

The seven masks I will be using (all of which are totally new to me) this week are...
  1. Tony Moly I'm Real Lemon Brightening Mask Sheet
  2. Tony Moly Floria Whitening Mask Sheet
  3. Etude House Wonder Pore Black Mask Sheet
  4. Malie Green Tree Ultra Hydrating Essence Mask
  5. Etude House Pearl Bright Complexion Sheet Mask
  6. Ekel Snail Ultra Hydrating Essence Mask
  7. Syn-ake All That You Essential Mask

So I will be back every day with pictures, results and reviews all week!
Shout out to my wonderful boyfriend for making an amazing Chicken Tikka as I wrote this!

Tony Moly Changing Magic Foot Peeling Shoes

Originally published June 14, 2016.

As you can see from my plastic swaddled feet above, I tried the Tony Moly Changing Magic Foot Peeling Shoes. What a mouthful! Long name aside, this is an awesome product. When I first put the shoes on, it just felt kind of cool and squishy. You leave the shoes on for an hour to an hour and a half, until all the moisture inside the shoes is observed into your feet. You then wash any remaining residue off your feet. In about a week your feet start to peel, and into weeks your feet look brand-new! No joke, that is exactly what happened. I'm at Wisconsin girl I just finished a long cold winter of thick socks and winter boots. My heels were in terrible shape and did not look ready for cute summer shoes. But now they are! The skin on both the bottom and the tops of my feet peeled as well as my toes. It did not hurt at all, but it did occasionally itch, similar to a sunburn peeling. My feel are so smooth and my feet no longer felt rough and dry. This is a product that is totally worth it.

Tony Moly Egg Pore "Egg Set"

Originally published June 7, 2016.

In my never ending quest for cute things and smaller pores, I stumbled upon Tony Moly totes adorbs (yes I went there, lol) eggs. There are three eggs/steps in the collection: Blackhead Steam Balm, Tightening Cooling Pack and the Silky Smooth Balm. I decided to toss in a Egg Balm nose strip I had been using from Tony Moly. I worked it into my new nightly routine. My skin was already a little dry from swimming in a saltwater pool so I probably should have skipped that last step. My nose is a little rosy right now.

Totes adorbs!

The first thing I did was wash my face with my oil cleanser and then my foaming cleanser. I usually use a toner but I thought it might be a bit drying, so I skipped it.

The Blackhead Steam Balm was this sticky grey gel with little gold flecks in it. It warmed up as I massaged it into my blackhead prone areas. It turns a foamy white as it interacts with the oil and sebum on the skin. I massaged in into my skin for five minutes and then washed it off. I then used the Egg Pore pore strip for 15 minutes, which works similar to a Biore strip.

The second egg was a Tightening Cooling Pack. It was a grey mousse-like substance that I spread on my newly-scrubbed skin, and then let dry. I washed it off with warm water and followed with my serum, night moisturizer and eye cream. As I looked at my nose my pores were definitely smaller. HOWEVER. I should have not used the pore strip. The Tightening Cooling Pack burned a little. I think the salt water pool and the pore strip were a bit much together. But only a little. I am quite happy with the results. It takes a bit of time, so it is not an every day thing. However if you don't get distracted, it will take around a half an hour. And they look cute on my vanity! I will be trying the Silky Smooth Balm under my makeup in the morning. Sleep well!

Update: the next morning I noticed my chin was over exfoliated. The pore strip was definitely a mistake.

Here I go...

Originally published on June 7, 2016

Shiny!

As I sit writing this, I have a paper mask soaked in serum stuck to my face with the season premier of Rissoli and Isles on. I look like I just came off the set of Silence of the Lambs. This whole idea of a skincare routine with more than three steps was foreign concept to me until a few weeks ago. Frankly, I was lucky if I took my makeup off before I went to sleep. Six days ago I started a ten-step program I learned about on a blog about Korean skincare, otherwise known as K-Beauty.

These things scare me...

In true Mandy fashion, I got a few books on the subject. I learned a lot about the Korean culture and their skincare practices. After six days my pores are visibly smaller and my recent breakout is clearing much faster than normal.  I’m hooked. Sheet masks, cleansing oils and serums are my new hobby. In Wisconsin we have some pretty extreme  weather to contend with and I want to find the best combination for my skin. So here I am! In keeping with the theme of trying new things I have decided to try fake eyelashes. Again. I got glue in my eye last weekend trying. But I bought a lovely kit for beginners. I am also going to try different types of makeup as well as skincare in this blog, and share what I learned with everyone who reads this far. Lots of reviews and WTFs…

I feel like I would fall if it tried walking...
